We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, via support email or feedback forms).

  • Error reports containing system details

b. Device & Technical Information

We may collect and store:

  • Device type, OS version, and hardware model

  • IP address (may be geo-located to country/region only)

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA, Google Advertising ID, AAID)

  • App version and install/referral source

  • Network type (Wi-Fi/mobile)

We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as IMEI, SIM numbers, or precise GPS without consent.

c. Gameplay & Usage Data

  • Level progress, achievements, in-game items

  • Session duration, frequency, and retention metrics

  • Crash logs, error reports, freeze data

  • Anti-fraud & anti-cheat telemetry (non-personal)

d. Third-Party SDKs and Services

We may use:

  • Unity Analytics

  • Google Firebase

  • Google AdMob or approved ad networks

Each provider follows its own privacy and compliance framework.

e. Optional AI-Driven Improvements (If Enabled)

We may use aggregated, anonymized gameplay data to train difficulty balancing systems or suggestions.
No personal profiles are created.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Depending on your region, we rely on:

  • Consent (ad personalization, tracking, analytics)

  • Legitimate interest (bug fixing, security, fraud prevention)

  • Contractual need (provide game functionality)

You may withdraw consent at any time using in-game settings or by contacting us.

3. Children's Privacy & Age Requirements

  • The game is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU/EEA, unless compliant consent is obtained.

  • We follow COPPA, UK Age-Appropriate Design Code, and EU Digital Services regulation for minors.

  • If you believe we collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

4. Advertising, Tracking, and Cookies

Our game may show:

  • Contextual ads (default for minors & non-consenting users)

  • Personalized ads (only with explicit opt-in consent)

You may opt-out or change ad settings anytime.

We do not sell personal data in exchange for monetary value.

5. Data Sharing & International Transfers
